The patch titled
     add-vmcore: use the existing ia64_tpa() instead of asm code
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     add-vmcore-use-the-existing-ia64_tpa-instead-of-asm-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
