has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
memoryless-nodes-no-need-for-kswapd.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

A node without memory does not need a kswapd. So use the memory map instead
of the online map when starting kswapd.
