- readahead-compacting-file_ra_state.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     readahead: compacting file_ra_state
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     readahead-compacting-file_ra_state.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Use 'unsigned int' instead of 'unsigned long' for readahead sizes.

This helps reduce memory consumption on 64bit CPU when a lot of files are
opened.
