The patch titled
     ocfs2: convert to new aops
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     ocfs2-convert-to-new-aops.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

------------------------------------------------------
Subject: ocfs2: convert to new aops
From: Nick Piggin <npiggin@xxxxxxx>

Plug ocfs2 into the ->write_begin and ->write_end aops.

A bunch of custom code is now gone - the iovec iteration stuff during write
and the ocfs2 splice write actor.
