- smb-convert-to-new-aops.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     smbfs: convert to new aops
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     smb-convert-to-new-aops.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
