has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
cirrusfb-code-improvement-2nd-part.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

- redundant fields from the cirrusfb_regs structure
- one redundant header
- fixes two includes ("" to <>)
