The patch titled
     drivers/video/Kconfig: Fix FB_PMAGB_B dependencies
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-video-kconfig-fix-fb_pmagb_b-dependencies.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
