The patch titled
     uvesafb: always use mutexes when accessing uvfb_tasks
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uvesafb-the-driver-core-uvesafb-always-use-mutexes-when-accessing-uvfb_tasks.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into uvesafb-the-driver-core.patch
