The patch titled
     eCryptfs: Update metadata read/write functions (cleanup)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ecryptfs-update-metadata-read-write-functions-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into ecryptfs-update-metadata-read-write-functions.patch
