- x86_64-apic-change-setup-calling-convention.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86_64: apic change setup_APIC_timer calling convention
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86_64-apic-change-setup-calling-convention.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

setup_APIC_timer takes the file global calibration result as an argument.
Remove it.
