- clockevents-allow-build-without-runtime-use.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     clockevents: Allow build w/o run-tine usage for migration purposes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     clockevents-allow-build-without-runtime-use.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
