- move-kasprintfo-to-obj-y.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Move kasprintf.o to obj-y
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     move-kasprintfo-to-obj-y.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
