The patch titled
     Exit ACPI processor module gracefully if acpi is disabled
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     exit-acpi-processor-module-gracefully-if-acpi-is-disabled.patch

This patch was dropped because it looks wrong and isn't chagelogged
