Subject: Error handling in walk_memory_resource()
From: Badari Pulavarty <pbadari@xxxxxxxxxx>

walk_memory_resource() should return failure, if it can't find the memory
region in the /proc/iomem. Otherwise, offline_pages() would end up
isolating pages wrongly.
