The patch titled
     ahci: RAID mode SATA patch for Intel Tolapai
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ahci-raid-mode-sata-patch-for-intel-tolapai.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
