- x86-constify-stacktrace_ops.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86: constify stacktrace_ops
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86-constify-stacktrace_ops.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures
