Subject: Convert uid hash to hlist
From: Pavel Emelyanov <xemul@xxxxxxxxxx>

Surprisingly, but (spotted by Alexey Dobriyan) the uid hash still uses
list_heads, thus occupying twice as much place as it could. Convert it to
hlist_heads.
