Subject: sky2: fe+ chip support
From: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Add support for new Marvell 100mbit chips.

This code is ported from the SysKonnect 10.20.3.3 driver. It is *untested*
because I don't have access to this hardware.
