The patch titled
     Page migration: Do not accept invalid nodes in the target nodeset
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     page-migration-do-not-accept-invalid-nodes-in-the-target-nodeset.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

Page migration currently does not check if the target of the move contains
nodes that that are invalid and may try to allocate from invalid nodes if
these are specified leading to oopses.

Return -EINVAL if a node is specified that is not known to have memory.
