The patch titled
     timer_stats slimmed down: statistics prereq, cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     statistics-infrastructure-timer_stats-slimmed-down-statistics-prereq-cleanup.patch

This patch was dropped because it isn't in the present -mm lineup
