- statistics-infrastructure-prerequisite-parser-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     small lib/parser.c cleanup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     statistics-infrastructure-prerequisite-parser-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it isn't in the present -mm lineup
