The patch titled
     pata_cmd64x: Set up MWDMA modes properly
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pata_cmd64x-set-up-mwdma-modes-properly.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Set the MWDMA timing by updating the correct registers.  Split the PIO path as
this is mostly shared code.  Wants testing.
