The patch titled
     msr driver: simplify smp_call_function_single() call sequence
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     msr-driver-simplify-smp_call_function_single-call-sequence.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
