The patch titled
     via-rhine: disable rx_copybreak on archs that don't allow unaligned DMA access
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     via-rhine-disable-rx_copybreak-on-archs-that.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
