Subject: ssb: add a driver for the Broadcom OHCI core
From: Michael Buesch <mb@xxxxxxxxx>

This adds a driver for the Broadcom USB OHCI HCD device.
These devices are found in various embedded Broadcom-47xx machines.

SSB is a mini-bus used on various broadcom devices, like embedded wireless
routers or even b44 and bcm43xx as on-chip bus. It has most of the
capabilities of a real bus (like PCI), so this is an implementation to support
SSB through a real kernel bus subsystem.
