- slub-fix-bug-in-slub-debug-support.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     slub: fix bug in slub debug support
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-fix-bug-in-slub-debug-support.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
