The patch titled
     digi_acceleport: drag the driver kicking and screaming into coding style
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     digi_acceleport-drag-the-driver-kicking-and-screaming-into.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

- The outbreak of acute bracketitus has been cured
- The belief that brackets should have spaces everywhere likewise
- Various other coding style tweaks
- Use baud rates not Bfoo in the speed setup switch
