The patch titled
     defxx: use __maybe_unused rather than a local hack
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     defxx-use-__maybe_unused-rather-than-a-local-hack.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
