- minor-gpio-doc-update.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     minor gpio doc update
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     minor-gpio-doc-update.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Fix doc bug noted by Uwe Kleine-König:  gpio_set_direction() is long
gone, replaced by gpio_direction_input() and gpio_direction_output().
