The patch titled
Documentation:reference notifiers.txt in freezing-of-tasks.txt
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
documentationreference-notifierstxt-in-freezing-of-taskstxt.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
