The patch titled
spufs: fix array size of channel index
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
spufs-fix-array-size-of-channel-index.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Based on a fix from Masato Noguchi <Masato.Noguchi@xxxxxxxxxxx>.
Remove the (incorrect) array size declarations in the spufs channel arrays,
and use ARRAY_SIZE rather than hardcoded values.
