The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     jprobes-remove-jprobe_entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: jprobes: remove JPROBE_ENTRY()
From: Michael Ellerman <michael@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

AFAICT now that jprobe.entry is a void *, JPROBE_ENTRY doesn't do anything
useful - so remove it ..

I've left a do-nothing version so that out-of-tree jprobes code will still
compile without modifications.
