- kernel-doc-add-tools-doc-in-makefile.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     kernel-doc: add tools doc in Makefile
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-doc-add-tools-doc-in-makefile.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
