- x86_64-fix-apic-typo.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86_64: fix APIC typo
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86_64-fix-apic-typo.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
