- coda-replace-upc_alloc-upc_free-with-kmalloc-kfree.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     coda: replace upc_alloc/upc_free with kmalloc/kfree
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     coda-replace-upc_alloc-upc_free-with-kmalloc-kfree.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
