- x86-64-remove-unused-variable-maxcpus.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86-64: remove unused variable maxcpus
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86-64-remove-unused-variable-maxcpus.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
