- arch-i386-xen-mmuc-must-include-linux-schedh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     arch/i386/xen/mmu.c must #include <linux/sched.h>
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arch-i386-xen-mmuc-must-include-linux-schedh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
