- x86_64-fix-smp_call_function_single-return-value.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     x86_64: fix smp_call_function_single() return value
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86_64-fix-smp_call_function_single-return-value.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete
