- cell-draw-spe-helper-penguin-logos.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Cell: Draw SPE helper penguin logos
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cell-draw-spe-helper-penguin-logos.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Let spu_management_ops.enumerate_spus() return the number of found SPEs
and use that information to draw some little helper penguin logos.
