- knfsd-exportfs-add-find_disconnected_root-helper.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     knfsd: exportfs: add find_disconnected_root helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     knfsd-exportfs-add-find_disconnected_root-helper.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

its own to make reading easier and document the intent.
