Subject: knfsd: nfsd4: store pseudoflavor in request
From: Andy Adamson <andros@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Add a new field to the svc_rqst structure to record the pseudoflavor that the
request was made with. For now we record the pseudoflavor but don't use it
for anything.
