- vt-add-comment-for-unbind_con_driver.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     vt: add comment for unbind_con_driver()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vt-add-comment-for-unbind_con_driver.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
