The patch titled
     SLUB: Style fix up the loop to disable small slabs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slub-style-fix-up-the-loop-to-disable-small-slabs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
