The patch titled
     Char: Kconfig, mxser_new: remove experimental comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-kconfig-mxser_new-remove-experimental-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
