- make-nfs-client-use-seq_list_xxx-helpers.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Make NFS client use seq_list_xxx helpers
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     make-nfs-client-use-seq_list_xxx-helpers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This includes /proc/fs/nfsfs/servers and /proc/fs/nfsfs/volumes entries.

Both need to show the header and use the list_head.
