- vmscan-fix-comments-related-to-shrink_list.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     vmscan: fix comments related to shrink_list()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vmscan-fix-comments-related-to-shrink_list.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
