The patch titled
     Char: n_hdlc, allow RESTARTSYS retval of tty write
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-n_hdlc-allow-restartsys-retval-of-tty-write.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
