- m32r-a-maintainers-entry-for-the-m32r-architecture.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     m32r: A MAINTAINERS entry for the M32R architecture
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     m32r-a-maintainers-entry-for-the-m32r-architecture.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
