- synclink-remove-bogus-no-change-termios-optimisation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     synclink: remove bogus 'no change' termios optimisation from synclink drivers
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     synclink-remove-bogus-no-change-termios-optimisation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
