The patch titled
     drivers/mtd/maps/nettel.c: possible cleanups
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-mtd-maps-nettelc-possible-cleanups.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
